The Overhead Door Company is currently hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team of technicians. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, have the ability to work independently, problem solve, and conduct themselves in a professional manner with great customer service as a priority. Candidates must be willing to travel to private residences and/or commercial job sites and businesses in a company provided vehicle. Candidates must be willing to learn how to install and/or repair various types of garage doors, operators, accessories, and other related equipment. General physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and handling material are required.

General job tasks entail the following, but are not limited to:

• Provide annual/preventative maintenance and safety testing on all products
• Prepare new and existing job sites for the installation of new equipment
• Complete all required paperwork, such as work orders, according to the services performed
• Repair/replace parts on existing equipment
• Remove existing equipment and install new equipment

Experience: Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience may be helpful, but willing to train the right candidate. New technicians will have up to two years of training with a skilled and experienced technician to learn the process and enhance their skills.

Benefits: Beginning technicians earn around $35,000-$45,000 annually and experienced technicians often make more than $60,000. Health and dental insurance, 401(K), and PTO offered upon completion of the first 90 days. Additional overtime is also available to employees that are interested in earning extra income. There is opportunity for advancement within the company.
